Established in 2018.

Aburiya Bento House grand opened in April, 2018. In Japanese, ‘aburi’ means flame seared and ‘ya’ means house. We are house of flame seared and we use special charcoal to sear fresh fish to enhance the flavor of our food. Aburiya’s specialty is sashimi and nigiri box, bento and poke.
