Established in 1988.
Yamato Japanese Restaurant was opened by a young family that didn't know much about the United States. Mr. & Mrs. Lo spoke very little English, but their food spoke for them. Their 3 sons were raised in the restaurant and learned a lot about the fine arts of Asian cuisine at an early age.
When entering Yamato, guests immediately get a very warm welcome from the staff as well as the Lo family.
