In the Wells family, we're dedicated to sourcing and raising clean, healthy animals in order to produce the best beef known to man. We're the only ones in the market offering whole ground beef, which means we include every cut in the grind. No scraps here -- just the finest loin, brisket, and ribeye. The difference is indisputable. Our guests can sit down for a burger accompanied by our high-quality sides and desserts, try our numerous health-conscious and gluten-free dishes, or order our premium beef to take home. History

Established in 1987.

We always had cattle growing up, my brother and myself, learned to raise cattle the old fashioned way. There’s nothing like whole-ground beef (where all of the prime cuts are ground together into premium ground beef.) Dad bought the family farm back in 1987, and we still have it today. In the fall of 2017 we launched Wells Cattle Co. as a local beef supplier, and then in June of 2018 we began negotiations on our restaurant building. We opened the restaurant on Labor Day of 2018!
