We proudly brew our "no coast beer" and serve it in an approachable and communal space complemented by a menu of chef-driven takes on American Classics and staff-curated spirits & cocktails. History

Established in 2007.

33 Restaurant Group was established in 2007. Since then we have successfully owned and operated a variety of restaurants including Cadillac Pizza Pub in McKinney, Heritage Pizza & Taproom in The Colony, Taverna Rossa in Plano and Southlake, The Yard in McKinney and Suburban Yacht Club in Plano. We're pleased to bring the Union Bear Brewing Co., originally opened in West Village in 2012, to the Boardwalk at Granite Park in Plano!

Business Owner

Preston's successful career began before he was even born when he inherited his family's restaurant-centric DNA. His grandparents were in the business for over 50 years. His Mom owns a pizzeria and wine bar where Preston worked as a kid, running food and bussing tables. And after his shift towards entrepreneurialism in college, he turned a semester-long project into an opportunity to plan a pizza concept in detail. Union Bear Brewing Co. brings his flare for good food, entertaining, and tasty craft beer together. We're excited to be hosting you on this experience!
