The Brazos Landing where Brazos River and I-35 meet. We are taking old traditions and creating new endeavors by changing our name back to The Brazos Landing. The Original Brazos Landing opened its doors for business over five decades ago. The Landing provided a site for the first Brazos Queen. We have perfected and expanded our menu. Patrons can enjoy upscale dining with delicious entrees, outstanding chef inspired desserts, and breath-taking views of the river. Enjoy the quiet atmosphere of The Brazos Landing's French Quarter with its beautiful river views, or the casual feel of Buzzard Billy's Swamp Shack and outside patio. We hope to see you soon!
History
Established in 1993.
In 1993 Billy got his start in a old warehouse in downtown Waco. In 2008 we moved the roost to the Swampshack in The Brazos Landing on the banks of the Brazos @ I-35.
