On Benjamins free time, you can find him building & repurposing furniture for others to enjoy...how cool is that?! His passion is creating new & unexpected things, which you can definitely find in the Sugarbacon cocktail menu.His favorite menu item is the Crawfish Pot Pie paired with the Smoked Old Fashioned.Benjamin says, "I love the Historic Downtown McKinney community. I've never seen a town square so alive. Local businesses still thrive here because of the community."
