Business Owner
Chef Andy started his kitchen training in Japan working in his Uncles restaurant as a young man. He has worked for some of the best Japanese Restaurants and Chefs in the world including, Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto. His philosophy is fresh, seasonal ingredients prepared lovingly and with great passion. Chef Andy wants his guests to enjoy his cuisine with all of their senses and he wants each of his guests to feel as if they were in his home entertaining just them.
