History

Established in 2000.

Hi, We are Charles Osgood and John Osgood and welcome to Service Wizard. You may remember us from our former family business, Osgood Heating and Air Conditioning. We are very proud of the legacy of integrity that our parents John and Nancy Osgood have given us both personally and professionally. We have learned, in our old business and in our new, that there is nothing so important as one's reputation and one's integrity. We strive in our every dealing with YOU, our employees and our vendors to have each know they are friend we can meet on the street, or in a restaurant, with a genuine smile and a hello. There is no dollar to us worth having if it wasn't earned fairly and from a satisfied customer. So, please try our services and if there is ever anything that would prevent you from being perfectly satisfied and using us again (anything!) PLEASE call us and we promise to make it right.
