I opened Schilleci's in December 2010 along with my dad (Wayne Sr.), brother, and brother-in-law. Both my dad and oldest brother were born and raised in New Orleans and had always wanted to own a restaurant that truly encompassed New Orleans both in cuisine and hospitality. Originally, I took on the role role of Front of House Manager and Wine Director, but my passion for the restaurant business grew, I took on more of an ownership role. Over the years, as my brother and brother-in-law left the business, I took on more responsibilities. As of January 2020, my father retired, and I am the sole owner.  My wife Hannah and I reside here in The Woodlands with our two daughters, Sophia and Amelia, and son, Everett
