San Martin was founded in Guatemala in 1974, with a vision to embrace the vibrant food culture of Guatemala and create high-quality products made by the experienced hands of local artisans. By combining the rich character of traditional Guatemalan food with methods and recipes given to them by great European bakers, we developed one-of-a-kind products with an unparalleled combination of flavors.
