On December 22, 2008, Felipe opened The Grill, which offered casual American fare focusing mainly on hardwood grilled American favorites. The Grill would quickly become a staple in the San Angelo restaurant scene.Shortly thereafter, Felipe would expand to Fort Worth. Opening The Tavern, Pacific Table and Press Cafe in a few short years. From there, FAR Out Hospitality (Felipe Armenta Restaurants) was born. Today, FAR Out Hospitality includes Pacific Table Las Colinas and Fort Worth, Press Cafe, Maria's Mexican Kitchen, Towne Grill, F1 Smokehouse, Cowboy Prime in Midland, and Le Margot. With a dedicated focus on using only the finest ingredients to prepare from-scratch favorites, as well as a service model that stresses speed and over-the-top hospitality, Felipe continues to make his mark across Texas. With sights set on Dallas, Houston, Odessa, Aledo and beyond…there's plenty to look forward to as we continue to grow and evolve.
