Ngon is restaurant owner Carol Nguyen’s first Vietnamese restaurant after a decade in the restaurant industry. She was inspired to open Ngon to introduce the many different foods of Vietnam to the Dallas area. From the interior design of the restaurant to every dish and dessert on the menu, Carol strives to bring a feeling of her home to Lowest Greenville.
