Our beautiful location and fresh fare makes Miller's Seawall Grill a Galveston favorite for locals and visitors alike. We have our full menu available all day. We offer traditional American breakfast favorites like French toast, omelettes, waffles, pancakes and steak and eggs. We also serve sandwiches, po-boys, burgers, salads, soup and gumbo. Our traditional entrees are favorites of our long-time patrons, with dishes like chicken fried steak, ribeye, steaks, and pork chops. Of course, our seafood selection is superb: shrimp, oysters, scallops, flounder, snapper, salmon, crab. Join us any night of the week for a beautiful meal, cold drink and a spectacular view!

History

Established in 1976.

Miller's was established in May of 1976 and has always been home owned and operated. We continually strive to serve the freshest quality of products available. In 2008 we rebuilt our location to have the look and feel of an 1890's Victorian house on the Seawall and to proudly pay homage to Galveston's history. Our architecture is inspired by the 1860 to 1989 period. We carefully constructed the building using green architecture -- from using old columns from front porches as bar fronts to using brass light fixtures from the State Capitol.
