Malai Kitchen offers a modern approach to Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. Chef Braden Wages sources the freshest ingredients available to make as much as possible from scratch, including house-made curry paste, coconut milk, and sriracha sauce. Though the cuisine is inherently healthy, Braden takes it a step further by using only lean proteins--white chicken meat, beef tenderloin, and seafood. Since each dish on the menu is made-to-order, all can be modified to accommodate dietary preferences and intolerances. Half of the menu can made vegetarian and vegan friendly, while nearly all of the dishes can be prepared gluten-free.
History
Established in 2011.
Opened in south lake in January. This is the second location. The first opened in uptown Dallas in January 2011.

Delicious food!
We ordered the Chicken Teriyaki and Chicken with Noodles. Both were absolutely delicious!
