Established in 1992.
Originally started by Carlson's Restaurants (TGI Fridays), Italianni's Restaurant was purchased by the Russell family in 2002, and has been operated as a family business ever since.

Brett graduated from The University of Texas at Austin, working his way through college in assorted restaurants and bars in Austin. He has always had a love for the restaurant business, and enjoys both the culinary side as well as meeting all the great customers that come into Italianni's.
