The image of dazzling lights shooting up into the sky. A momentary pause, then the glorious explosion as the fireworks decorate the skies in their fullest majesty. Children in Japan would shout excitedly and call these "Hanabi". Here, we call them "Fireworks". Our restaurant, Hanabi (花火) seeks to bring the elegance of fireworks into our food and service in two ways: First, we see it as our duty to instill the sparkling and fantastic atmosphere of fireworks in our food. Our second calling is "Courtesy" (孝). By this, we mean to infuse everlasting respect in our services. Hanabi will provide superior service to each and every one of our customers. Overwhelming demanding has incentivized us to expand. On May 3rd, 2016, we brought our sushi to the Gateway Shopping Complex. Our first location in Northcross Mall is now specialized in ramen and kushiyaki. For those desiring sushi, we are eager to serve our original menu, now upgraded and expanded, at the Gateway location. Our new location includes party rooms for your special occasion. For those who feel a pull for ramen and kushiyaki, you are welcome to pay our Northcross location a visit. Hanabi (花火) is a place to taste oriental grandeur at its finest aptitude. The table is a place to learn about culture and pleasant service is for all. We hope to capture the spirit of our new namesake for you in this upcoming season.Don't worry! We're still the same management, dedicated to top-tier service and fresh cuisine masterminded by our original head chef.Soon there will be a new design and featured website on Ichiumitx.com.Thank you for being with us, ever since we began from a small shop and grew to the restaurant we are now.
