Our food never has MSG, preservatives, additives, artificial flavoring, coloring, or corn syrup. All our sauces, dressings, aioli’s, and salsa are made from scratch in house. We use real whole ingredients in all our food. We take our customers’ health and well being seriously. Named after the owner's two daughters, Hannah and Sophia, HS Green opened its first location on Richmond Avenue in early 2016. Since then, HS Green has become a local favorite, where everyone can eat healthy without getting bored and indulge without regret.Envisioning a new American bistro, inspiration was drawn from the English pub and French bistro, a place where both locals and visitors could come in with friends and family, have a meal, a glass of wine or a cold pressed juice. This lifestyle, to-go concept came with a twist: the food would be made from scratch using the freshest ingredients without any MSG, preservatives, additives, or nonsense for the best benefits one can indulge in.
