Established in 1990.
In 1990, Chef Hoi Fung set out to revolutionize Chinese Cuisine in Houston by being the first to introduce Hong Kong Style Cooking as well as Live Seafood starting with a 3,000 sq ft restaurant. Now 28 years later, Fung's Kitchen is over 25,000 sq ft and the recipient of the Houston Press Best Chinese Restaurant Award for over 10 years. Fung's has expanded from being just a Chinese restaurant to offering Full Service Dim Sum, Catering and Large Banquet Parties.
With over 450 items on the dinner menu and 150 items on the Dim Sum menu, Fung's brings the Taste of Hong Kong from our Kitchen to your Table for any occasion.
