We serve lunch + dinner seven days a week, and brunch on Saturday and Sunday (9:00 am - 3:00 pm). Our full bar features seasonally changing cocktails, craft beers, and an excellent selection of wines. Take a seat at a table, the bar or at our iPad bar. Our team will take care of you. It's all right here at our restaurant in The Woodlands, Texas. We use only 100% Black Angus natural beef from 44 Farms, grind our meat twice daily, and make our own bacon, sauces, sides, and buns - yes, we even have a gluten free bun from our in-house bakery. We make shakes from scratch, using milk from Mill-King Dairy. We use as much local, natural, hormone and antibiotic free products as possible.

Opened in September 2013, Fielding's serves serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week in The Woodlands, Texas. At Fielding's Wood Grill, we use only 100% Black Angus natural beef from 44 Farms, grind our meats twice daily, and make our own bacon, sauces, sides, and buns - yes, we even have a gluten free bun. We make milk shakes from scratch using milk from Mill King Dairy. Virtually all our stuff is local, natural, hormone and antibiotic free. Our intimate full bar features ten signature cocktails, 16 varieties of tap beers, and an excellent selection of wines.

Business Owner

Cary Attar is the Founder and CEO of Fielding's Culinary Concepts. He has launched the popular and successful Fielding's Wood Grill and Fielding's local kitchen + bar. Before Fielding's, Cary developed and operated Hubbell & Hudson Management Company, leading Hubbell & Hudson Market and Bistro, Hubbell & Hudson Kitchen and Black Walnut Café. Prior to holding this position, Cary was the General Manager of Houston's Central Market. He served as the co-founding Chief of Operations, and then as the President and CEO of Fox & Obel Food Market. Cary has also served as the General Manager of Dean & Deluca in New York City and in Leawood, Kansas, and of several concepts owned by Brinker International. As a graduate of Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration and The Culinary Institute of America, Cary has over 30 years of high-level experience in the restaurant and food service sector.
