We proudly serve Certified Angus Beef that is hand cut in house and grilled over an oak fire. We also have an oak fired pizza oven that cooks between 900-1000 degrees. I started at Jack In the Box in their management training program. I didn't know this was going to be my career and life choice. I went into Subway and I loved being in the food industry. I got involved with RT, Mooyah and now EMBERS. It's in my blood. I've been blessed to have wonderful partners and we are making a successful brand.We all talk about what we are going to leave behind, we accumulate all these things. But I really feel that I will not have lived in vain if I can leave this planet with just a few people saying I inspired them to do better, they had an opportunity to do better, and somehow I made a difference in their life.
