History
Established in 2019.
The executive chef of Ebisu has more than three decades of experience in the restaurant industry, having worked in Japanese restaurants along the Pacific Coast. The three-person team behind Ebisu, including executive chef Jay Chung and Joo Chung, also run a Japanese restaurant mini-chain in California (Yanagi), but this is their first Texas location.
