Specialties
We are particularly fond of finely made American craft beer and work hard to secure small batch, seasonal and limited offerings. Our house made beers are often experimental and never boring with an emphasis on US hops.
History
Established in 1969.
Built in 1969 by bar manager Wayne Overton and run by him and his wife Gay for several decades. The Draught House began with 18 taps which was about all the draught beer you could get back then. Over the years it has gone though a couple ownership changes, added a brewing system and food truck, Little House. It is currently the oldest Brewpub in Austin with the city's best Fish & Chips.
