We are dedicated to using the highest quality and freshest ingredients possible, Dish Society sources a majority of its items locally from suppliers such as Atkinson Farms, Black Hill Ranch, Ives Creek Organics, and Slow Dough Bread Company, among others. The all-day diner turns out a seasonally changing menu with healthful modern twists on traditional favorites. In addition to the robust coffee program by Greenway Coffee, guests can enjoy healthful juices and elixirs, a rotating selection of local craft beers, an approachable wine list, and handcrafted cocktails served in a modern industrial atmosphere.

Established in 2015.
Dish Society is the brainchild of founder, Aaron Lyons, who began to dwell on the idea for an approachable, casual, cool, seasonal restaurant concept after being consistently let down by existing options. He recognized an opportunity that wasn't currently being met and decided to do something about it. He began to study the restaurant industry and wrote the business plan while earning his MBA from The University of Texas. The first location of Dish Society opened on San Felipe in the Galleria area in January of 2014. The second location in Katy opened in April 2015.
