Dillas Quesadillas is a new fast casual restaurant concept in Plano - An American take on a Mexican favorite... the Quesadilla! We've got a drive-thru, but we're not your typical "fast food" joint. We use high quality, fresh ingredients and develop all recipes in house. We smoke meats, prep fresh veggies and make our scratch sauces daily to bring the freshest, most flavorful meals possible to our customers! We cook each quesadilla to order - fresh tortilla on the grill, veggies start sizzling, and fries go down in the fryer! Whether you eat with us or zip through the drive-thru - you'll have a quality quesadilla meal waiting!

History

Established in 2013.

Founder, Kyle Gordon, knew in college that he wanted to start a quesadilla restaurant. He developed a menu, came up with the name (a nod to Napoleon Dynamite), and wrote a primitive business plan. To get some experience, he worked in a quickly growing fast-casual concept for 7 years moving his way up to Managing Partner. When he felt he had the knowledge and skills needed, he parted ways to begin his Dillas journey.

Kyle was born and raised in Austin, TX. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2006. After graduation he moved to Dallas to be with his now wife, Maggie, and began his career in the restaurant industry. He spent 7 years with a quickly growing fast-casual concept and moved his way up the ladder to Managing Partner before taking the leap into opening his own place!
