Dignowity Meats on Houston St. is the partnership between Crazy Carl's foodtruck founders and the owners of The Point Park & Eats foodtruck park and bar. In 2014, the location at 1701 E Houston St in Dignowity Hill became available and soon after it led to a discussion and collaboration between The Point and Crazy Carl's. The Dignowity Meats concept was born and opened for business in January 2015.

Andrew brought his passion to the East side neighborhood of Dignowity Hill in 2014. His simple approach and attention to detail has made Dignowity Meats a San Antonio destination location.
