Manager

General Manager Gina Cook was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She started her restaurant career at Boudro's on the River Walk. After moving to Fort Worth in 2001, Gina opened the first Central Market in the DFW area. Gina then went to work for Chef Tim Love and did two Trail Drives for the James Beard House. She joined the Del Frisco's team at the Fort Worth location in 2006 as the assistant general manager. In 2010, Gina became the general manager of Del Frisco's in Dallas.
