Curry Sultan -the Monterrey branch started in 2010 and we have won the TripAdvisor award 4 years in a row. The recipes have been honed and tested in a very difficult market where there was no market for Indian food We are small family run restaurant -we live in the neighborhood, in a sea of corporate franchises. We aim to deliver home styled Indian cooking , using the highest quality ingredients and cooking fresh with a small limited menu. Hence, no buffet

I am passionate aboutfood. 90% of health is diet, rest is exercise. Google or YouTube Curry is healthy, I weigh 160 pounds and bench press 220 easily .I'm a citizen of the world and have lived in 10 countries and traveled to 45  speak 5 languages among them Spanish and Portuguese, un petit peu de francais ! when I was in cooking school more than 22 years ago! One of things I like about travel is savoring the local cuisines, so I've eaten insects in Thailand, Emu, Kangaroo, Crocs in Australia,  grasshoppers in Mexico,..Food is the key to a healthy and happy life! 90% of good health is diet, the other 10% is  exercise.I challenge any other Indo-Pak restaurant owner  to bench press 30% more than their body weight!
