History
Established in 2018.
Aunt Colleen's kitchen was a fun, lively, little bit wacky space, full of love and togetherness - and darn good food. Whether you were a grown up or a kid, it was a space that you wanted to go back to again and again. It has taken years of dreaming and planning, and a lot of hard work to bring Colleen's Kitchen to life. While we can't possibly duplicate the full-on quirkiness of her home, we can dish up the good times and great food that was classic Colleen.

Colleen's Kitchen is a family collaboration lead by a husband and wife team: Sean and Ashley Colleen Fric. We haven't bothered with job titles, but Ashley basically runs the daily operations of the business, and Sean fills in wherever needed, supporting multiple aspects of the business. Like any good marriage Ashley and Sean's strengths and weaknesses create a balanced and productive management team combining 30 years of restaurant and bar experience.As long-time Mueller residents, Ashley and Sean have grown along with the Mueller community welcoming their daughter, Elizabeth Colleen in 2013.
