About the Business
Specialties
Coco Shrimp serves your choice of lemon herb shrimp, butter garlic shrimp, Coco shrimp and Spicy “Ke Ahi” shrimp on a bed of warm buttery rice with a side of crispy lettuce and our signature ginger dressing.
History
Established in 2016.
Coco Shrimp is the result of my love and passion for the Hawaiian islands. My wife and I moved from O'ahu and spent our entire life savings on a beat up old ambulance and hand built it into a food truck piece by piece in our backyard. It's been a long road but since we opened in April 2016, we have recieved a lot of positive feedback and support from our loving customers! It took a lot of faith to make the leap from desk job to business owner but I love waking up in the morning and bringing a taste of Hawaii to Fort Worth.
