Established in 2014.
Cedro opened in March 2014 and is located inside the Lakeline Market anchored with HEB Plus and Alamo Draft House. Since then, Cedro Restaurant has been serving both quality interpretations of classic dishes and daring new ventures into the uncharted territories of food.

After Graduation from Cesar Ritz Hotel Management school, Switzerland. James moved to Providence to continue study Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University. Then James took various positions in New York, Boston and San Francisco beloved restaurants and hotels such as Eleven Madison Park, Jean-Georges, Stella, Gurney's...In March of 2014 James ventured off on his own, opening Cedro Scratch Italian & Bar in North Austin. James innate approach of engaging diners on every visit through food, drink and service proved unbeatable. Two years later, James opened his next restaurant, Mia Italian Tapas & Bar, in Domain Northside Rock Rose Ave.
