There are three things that make our pizza special: an authentic recipe, the freshest ingredients, and a commitment to excellence. Our recipe is quite literally defined in Italy as the perfect pizza. Nearly all of our ingredients are imported directly from Italy to provide you with true Italian flavor. The ingredients, as well as the entire preparation process, are clearly defined by the Verace Pizza Napoletana Association (VPN). We have undergone a rigorous certification process and must adhere to incredibly strict standards in order to serve you an authentic Vera Pizza Napoletana. Only a handful of restaurants in the United States are certified to serve this delicious delicacy and we are proud to be the FIRST establishment in Texas to have this honor. We are committed to the standard of excellence set by this association, so that we may bring you the best pizza you've ever tasted.
