We believe in real, made from scratch food and fantastic music!
History
Established in 2006.
We started as a local and family owned business that loved blues, an original twist on pizza, and Cadillacs. As time past, we've changed hands but still have a love for great music and an original twist on pizza. Renovations were made to the interior of the establishment in 2012, followed by the addition of a patio and a downtown mural in 2016, new front door and front patio bar area in 2017, patio cover and outdoor speakers in 2019, and full-renovation after a fire in 2020. We're proud to be a part of Downtown McKinney's history!

Business owner information
Preston L.
Business Owner
Preston's successful career began before he was even born when he inherited his family's restaurant-centric DNA. His grandparents were in the business for over 50 years. His Mom owns a pizzeria and wine bar where Preston worked as a kid, running food and bussing tables. And after his shift towards entrepreneurialism in college, he turned a semester-long project into an opportunity to plan a pizza concept in detail. Growing-up in Texas, Preston had a love for hometown restaurants like Cadillac Pizza Pub. He always dreamt about owning a similar restaurant, so when we found it was for sale in October 2011 he was elated! With the change in ownership in January 2012, 33 Restaurant Group renovated the establishment and found a new beat to drum to. Come try a slice of wood-fire pizza & beer! Let us know what you think. You can stay up-to-date with our live music schedule on our website or Facebook page.

Didn't expect to fall in love with the burger and fries. I love the burger that comes with brisket and sausage on top. Fried are always spot on.
