Specialties

We are passionate about good specialty coffee, roasting our own fresh coffee and making espresso, brewed and French Press coffees the right way. We also serve loose leaf teas and bake some of our own home made pastries. In everything we want to present the way it should be done and always strive for excellence surrounded by the European style coffee house surroundings. We do not make any excuse for the fact that our drinks take a little longer to make. We pull our espresso shots manually and strive for a shot length that creates the flavor of real Italian style espresso. We believe the wait is worth the result, just as a really good meal will always take longer than a fast food equivalent. Thanks for your patience, we believe you will enjoy the result

History

Established in 2006.

Our business is in its seventh year - it takes a lot of coffee to make a place like this profitable. I have a long history of searching for really good coffee and perfecting the art of producing it from roast to cup. With a background in senior management in IT and working for several retail companies we have tried to ensure excellence in product, environment and customer service. We are always open to your feedback and want to continue to improve what we do. David has a law degree from the UK where he was born and lived the first 15 years of his life.  He and his wife Leyna have travelled extensively and even spent 3 years in the Middle East before settling here in Grapevine in 2001.  3 grown sons 2 grandsons and a grandaughter, life is good.
