We start with the BEST ingredients, 100% Black Angus Brisket, Homemade Polish Sausage, hand-selected pork ribs, pork butt, bone-in-hams, Tyson chicken, and turkey breast. We smoke our meats with a mixture of Texas Oak and Pecan wood, and brine our chicken and turkey for 8 hours, to be super-moist and flavorful. We make all of our own spice rubs, each one specifically for each meat. And yes-we cook slow and low. Lower temperatures require more time, but the product is extra juicy. We feel you're worth it! All of our sides are home-made under my direction. They are absolutely fantastic. Our fresh chicken tenders are hand breaded in my New Orleans Special Flour. They are the best! We pride ourselves on our delicious food and wonderful atmosphere. Here you will find one-of-a-kind antiques for sale and our very own Market filled with Texas-produced jams, jellies, sauces and more. Our Market has fine wines and our homemade spice rubs. Don't forget your BBQ tools, add a t-shirt, hat & koozie and you're good to go for the weekend BBQ! Ready for some fun? You will love our Live Music Series. You may even want to try line dancing classes - or it that's too hip - try our square dancing classes. Relax and enjoy the view from our outdoor patio set under Majestic Oaks, backing up to Hardberger Park. It's beautiful! There's a playscape for the kids, and horseshoes or washerpitts. We also offer pool tables and shuffle board.
