Tasting panels and Member-Owner beer-design meetings allow Jeff to brew the beers that the members want. Our house beers are broken into series-Rational, Irrational, and Infinite. Jeff is a math nerd, so you'll see traces of math themes on the house beer roster. The beer series have something for everyone, but it's fair to say they all converge on deliciousness! History

Established in 2006.

The world's first co-operatively owned and worker self-manged brewpub. We celebrated our Grand Opening December 2010 and have been turning people on to Texas craft beer and local pub fare ever since. We are owned by a community of close to 3,000 members who are able to vote and run for our Board of Directors and vote on our Ends Policies. Our workers are self-managed and paid a fair living wage including health benefits and paid time off. Therefore, we do not adopt the custom of gratuity or tipping.
