Specialties

A breakfast and lunch cafe specializing in gourmet Waffles. From savory to sweet creations, these aren't your grandma's waffles. The Waffle revolution has begun!

History

Established in 2010.

At Waffles, INCaffeinated, we believe breakfast should not be excluded from fine dining. We offer unique, delicious, and artistically plated dishes from scratch using various ingredients. We start with a sourdough waffle, perfectly prepared, buttery, crispy, and deliciously golden brown. Next, we create sweet waffle dishes such as the Megaberry with blueberries and raspberries, topped with strawberries, raspberry sauce, and whipped cream. Or we make it savory such as the Breakfast Magic with bacon, cheddar cheese, and scallions inside and out, crowned with a fried egg. We even have a Build Your Own option where YOU design the waffle! Additionally, our waffle dishes may be requested as We offer gluten, dairy, and soy-free. Also, vegan, low-carb, and no added sugar options. But we aren’t just waffles! We have omelets, French toast, sandwiches, and sides. “Wake up” your meal with one of our gourmet coffees and teas. We also offer custom cocktails, sparkling wine drinks, and craft beer.
