We opened our doors on November 13, 2001 and since that time, our ever-widening circle of loyal customers consistently tells us we are among the most sophisticated and welcoming establishments in the Lehigh Valley.

Business Owner
A native of New York, John began his career with ten years in the production side of the food industry. After moving to the Lehigh Valley in 1992, he opened the former Trapper's Pub on Allentown's South Side. He was soon inspired to open a "casual, yet upscale" restaurant in the area and set his sights on Allentown's West End where he soon opened the Grille 3501. Thanks to his never-ending ambition, Grille 3501 remains at the top of the award-winning list of restaurants in the Valley.
