History

Established in 1998.

We opened the Bethlehem Brew Works on April 15th, 1998 with a design intended to pay homage to the city's grand industrial heritage. So many people can go back a generation or two and connect directly with someone who put in hard days at 'the Steel.' That labor and toil helped defeat our enemies in several wars, supported our buildings so they could touch the sky, and spurred America to grow exponentially into the great nation we are today. We also show respect for those that continue to labor and toil as we move through the 21st century and into the future. Though the challenges and aspirations we have today are very different, by working together we will beat these challenges and fulfill our dreams for tomorrow. The Fegley family is proud to offer quality, award-winning craft brews and delicious food while remaining ethically committed to the health of our guests, the environment, and the labor that is contributed. Our restaurants and breweries are run by 100% renewable energy.
