History

Established in 2012.

It has been a long road to bringing Northern Liberties this much needed, family friendly eatery. Brothers David and Mike Frank, formerly of New Jersey never imagined it would take as long as it did, but it's finally here. David brings his business background together with his brother's grill and pizza making skills to form a perfect partnership. The extensive menu boasts something for everyone. The name says cheesesteaks but they offer much more. Their secret dough recipe gives the pizza an edge over many other local pizzerias. The burgers are made fresh and they only use premium meats and cheeses. The breads they use are also delivered fresh daily. Del Rossi's Cheesesteak Co's size is deceiving from the outside. Once inside you can see that the dining room is huge and good for large groups. So bring your friends and family for a fun outing with good food in a fun atmosphere.

David and Mike Frank grew up in New Jersey.  After many years working in the financial world of New York,  David decided it was time for a change of pace. Mike had been in the food industry for most of his life and it seemed like the perfect option for David to partner up with Mike who is someone with extensive experience working in Restaurants.  David and Mike opened a few successful establishments over the years, but they never had the passion for them like they do for Del Rossi's Cheesesteak Co.  They feel that they finally have the right formula for success and they are looking forward to many years in Northern Liberties.  When David isn't running the office or manning the registers at the restaurant, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, Jordana.Mike Frank has been bringing his skills on the grill to other cheesesteak restaurants in Philadelphia.  When Mike isn't working at the restaurant he enjoys spending time with his wife, Amanda and their son Jordan.
