The owner, Eric Scheffer, originally from Long Island, New York, pays homage to his youth by serving dishes from family heirloom recipes. Incorporating his same standards of excellence from his first restaurant Savoy, Vinnie's provides a uniquely upscale, yet at home experience. The aromas of home cooked Italian food, along with the rhythmic sounds of Martini's being shaken to perfection, sets the stage for a night of fun and laughter at Vinnie's.
