About the Business
Specialties
Hospitality Food Irish food in the farmhouse tradition from popular staples such as Shepherds Pie or Fish & Chips to our award winning Boxty. The latter originating from the Irish Midlands and served with a contemporary twist. We also have grass fed burgers, super soups (try the Seafood Chowder) and hand-made desserts. The seasonal menu updates every 6 to 8 weeks to offer variety, includes local produce and reflects the time of year. Draft Beer A selection of 24 drafts, carefully selected for a blend of quality and beer style that caters to all tastes but l not overwhelmed. We rotate with the seasons and include local NC breweries as well as popular national breweries. Great Guinness obviously! Dry Blackthorn Cider from England provides a taste of what draft cider should be. Patio The large outdoor patio allows guests the opportunity to enjoy their food and drink in the open air. Live Music every Friday and Saturday night. Sports Great place to watch English Premier League Soccer, International soccer, MLS, Champions League and our very own Carolina Rail hawks. We love rugby and are also proud to host the Notre Dame Alumni group for college football. Business "Work is the curse of the drinking classes," according to one prominent Irish writer. If the need to log on is overwhelming, however, we have free Wi-Fi. Internal or external space for the informal business meeting. Platters and space for business receptions or celebrations.
History
Established in 2008.
We pride ourselves upon our authenticity as an Irish business. From the joinery and design to the ownership, our Head Chef, the food on offer and the drinks on tap. All contributing to the atmosphere and the feel of a true Irish pub. Above all what we aim to offer is a sample of the hospitality that you would receive in Ireland itself.

Chef Eamonn K.
Business Owner
Our chef, Eamonn Kelly, was born on to a dairy farm in County Galway, Ireland. Chef Eamonn was introduced to the culinary world the old fashioned way by watching his Mother. She never used a recipe or needed any measuring cups, she just knew from experience. After attending one of the best culinary schools in Galway along with years of living and traveling the United States, Eamonn has been able to locate and build on many wonderful different cultures and ethnic foods to add to his own collection. He sees himself as outgoing and friendly, so if you see him introduce yourself and have a chat.
