Thirsty Monk Brewery's Patton Ave. Taproom features a full lineup of the brewery's Belgian-Rooted Modern Ales, along with the Holy Water Hard Seltzer lineup and classic pub cocktails. The new Delirium Bar will be the place to experience some of the finest Belgian beers in the world, perfectly poured in a true Old World setting, surrounded by a medley of monks and elephants.

History

Established in 2008.

After Barry Bialik opened his extraordinary Belgian beer pub in an evocatively dark basement in 2008, he soon discovered monks weren't the only ones making great beer. So only 6 months later he decided to open up a bar based on American Craft brews upstairs! Since then we have been recognized as one of the best beer bars in the world, and we have since established our award winning brewery.
