Come in and relax as you spread your homemade jelly onto your XXL fresh baked biscuit. Or savor a great cup of coffee as we ready a plate of our made from scratch biscuits and gravy using our own hand mixed sausage. History

Established in 2013.

In 2013, Chef Richard Alexander teamed up with family to realize his dream of opening his own restaurant. They all grew up here and spent much of our time in the summer on Shackleford Banks. They used that fun, family beach experience as inspiration for the restaurant. Even using old family recipes from Mom & Pop's Restaurant that was on Atlantic Beach many years ago. In March of 2022, Jeremy & Ellen Turnage, a local couple, purchased The Banks Grill. The Turnage’s keep the integrity of The Banks alive, the coastal atmosphere, from scratch recipes, and welcoming staff costumers know and love! Offering the same staple menu option and flavor, the Turnage’s also included new flavors and styles to the menu! The newest and most exciting option is, The Banks Grill is now serving beer & wine. Enjoy a mimosa with brunch or a local craft beer with lunch! Come enjoy southern coastal flavors at The Banks Grill!
