Salt and Lime Cabo Grill was created because we wanted to share our experiences with you. Between Southern California and Mexico lies the distinctive Baja cuisine that we love so much, we wanted to share it with Raleigh! In a casual and inviting setting, Salt & Lime offers a unique California Bistro experience inspired by authentic Baja flavors and Mexican traditions, with a flavorful and ever-changing list of modern cuisine and of course, margaritas.
We proudly support our local farmers. Therefore helping preserve our farmland so we can enjoy the freshness and flavor of locally grown products for years to come.

This is a new and exciting concept brought to the Carolinas from Ken & Katie Smith. Their focus is fresh ingredients and fun cocktails! They opened their first, flagship location in February in the Northridge Shopping Center.

Business Owner
Ken Smith is from Pensacola, Florida and has traveled all over the United States. He lived in San Diego, California for a number of years which is where he found his inspiration for Salt & Lime. He enjoyed surfing and loved fish tacos and decided to bring his fresh idea to the Carolinas! This is his first business venture with wife, Katie, and they are excited to create a foundation of success in NC for their two boys.
