Since the fall of 2013, Lou Reda's: An American Table has been impressing residents in Greenville, Zebulon, Wilson, and all of Eastern North Carolina with their wide variety of tantalizing upscale American cuisine. Lou Reda's modern American restaurant is almost unclassifiable by traditional culinary standards. It's neither a steak house, a seafood restaurant or a "meat and three" comfort food joint - it's all of those places and more.
History
Established in 2013.
Lou Reda is known in Rocky Mount for his success as the Proprietor of Outback Steakhouse, and for his Community involvement. After leaving Outback, he wanted a restaurant that would allow him to execute an elevated menu featuring "American" food, from different areas of the country. This enables him to feature Fresh Fish from the coast, Pub style food from New England, Creole and Cajun from New Orleans and the list goes on....
