History
Established in 2014.
Originally from the south east province of China, the owner of HakkaChow are from Hakka decedents who were historically nomads traveling from the north to the south of Asia. Hakka means literally guests and Chow means dish. As a result HakkaChow represents the combination of different cuisines of Asian countries where Hakka people settled down.

The Chung Familiy are owning and operating HakkaChow - Asian Eats. It opened February 2013. Inspired by various Asian cuisines and experience in the culinary world (India, Korea, Thailand, Japan, Vietnam) the executive Chef Hai-Fang Chung and his Son Jonathan Chung created an extensive Menu featuring the most popular dishes of each cuisine as well as dishes with a fusion twist.
