History

Established in 2011.

A fresh, contemporary take on Southern classics. Fried chicken and seasonal Southern sides, served in a space as special as they are. That's the concept behind Beasley's Chicken + Honey, an ode to Chef Ashley Christensen's North Carolina roots. Growing up in Kernersville, her mother would cook a classic, "learned-at-her-grandmother's elbow" fried chicken, drizzled with honey harvested by her father, a truck driver and amateur beekeeper. That memory, reimagined through a lighter, modern lens, is the star of the show for Carolina natives and travelers alike.
