Without a doubt, first-timers should try The Ace. Our namesake, award-winning burger is made with two 1/4 lb patties (hand-formed, then grilled smash-style), two slices of American cheese, house-made pickles, grilled onions, and Comeback sauce. Ace No. 3 also has a dedicated following of Plant Patty lovers! Our house-made plant patty is fully vegan, plus nut/soy/dairy/gluten-free when enjoyed on a keto bun or lettuce wrap. No matter which entree you choose, our extra crispy fries or pillowy sweet potato tater tots help complete the experience. Wash it all down with a Coca-Cola product, craft beer, or Boozee milkshake! The Choc N' Skrewed is a fan favorite, but there are many ways to customize with our full lineup of quality liquors.

History

Established in 2019.

This no-frills burger joint is the third restaurant concept from High Tide Hospitality. Its 'less is more' mentality is apparent in its limited menu. Don't be fooled though. By focusing on the stuff that matters, Ace No. 3 built a burger so good that it's won 'Best Burger' from Charlotte Magazine since opening in 2019. This counter-service spot serving up burgers, shakes, and beer now has three locations across the Charlotte-Metro.

Meet Pierre! Pierre started with High Tide Hospitality back in 2019 as a line cook at Uptown seafood spot - Sea Level NC. His passion and promise earned him the opportunity to open the 1st Ace No. 3 location as the Store Manager. Pierre is proud to be Ace's first-ever, and longest-standing, team member. Pierre has rightfully earned the nickname "Mr. Ace" and if you've had the chance to experience his genuine hospitality, you'd agree!
