About the Business

Specialties

We are a NY Times 2* and Newsday 3* restaurant specializing in the cuisine of Northeast Asia fused with Western influences. Our unique take on Asian cuisine, along with our pecialty cocktails and international wine list, have helped make us THE destination on Long Island.

History

Established in 2007.

After traveling extensively through Asia, owners Gillis and George Poll decided to open Toku in the Americana Manhasset. Designed by Bentel & Bentel, Toku has been an industry leader since it opened in the summer of 2007.
