Mark, Aidan and Jeff T.
Business Owner
Mark, Aidan and Jeff are the team behind Hibernia in Hell's Kitchen. The Winslow is a more grown-up version of its sister bar, but the friendly vibe and professionalism that these three used to make Hibernia a success is still very apparent at The Winslow. Jeff is Scottish, Aidan is Irish and Mark is truly and American hybrid. The three have been pouring drinks and having laughs together for more than a decade.
